I would not reecomend a Ryobi product to anyone after going through 2 of these in less than a month. The first one I received broke within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box and the second one broke after 3 uses. After looking at the other reviews Amazon should seriously consider removing this product from the market. If considering buying a weed trimmer definitely go with an echo or stihl, they cost more, but are much better products.

Looked like a good deal, I got a recon for 79.99 and an additional $30 off by signing up for yet another credit card. Fast shipping from the seller ( tools now).

No problem starting up. But if I touched the throttle,it would quit. 40 mins on hold at Ryobi to talk some South Carolina hick chick that could do nothing more than read the owners manual to me in bad English. Since that was a bust, I did an internet search to get a quick lesson on 2 stroke engine troubleshooting, I found out that the high speed jet adjustment might be wrong. There is a special tool needed to turn the jet needles but I improvised by grinding down a pair of needle nose pliers to get a grip on the adjustment. I backed the needle out two turns and the engine ran perfect. I spent the next four hours non stop brush cutting.

The trimmer is working fine for what I need it for. But I would never buy another Ryobi. Ryobi's claim that they recondition and test these machines is bullcrap. Rating: 2 / 5

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy this tool. It has performed well when it was used both as a Bush cutter and a String Trimmer. It didn’t get hot and the motor sounds very strong. The tool looked new when it arrived and it has continued to work like new. I received it in less than 5 days. This product is Great! I would recommend this company to any one and I’m glad that Amazon has Partnered up with Cummins Tools.

I got to use my weed eater once with all of the attachments I have: weed eater, hedge trimmers, blower, edger. It worked great the next time I was about to use it I was made vividly aware that someone wanted to use it more than I did. It was stolen.

Now I have to purchase a new one and the price has gone up.

He utilizado solamente una vez el producto pero en esa oportunidad pude verificar que es una herramienta muy poderosa. Estaba realmente como nueva. La recomiendo con 5 estrellas.
