The gap between two blades is too wide to cut anything. I get so frustrated with this tool, I never use it again. I have to make sure the handle rotate while I squeeze the handles at the same time in order to actully cut. If I don't pay attention to the rotation of the handle, it only breaks the branch but cannot make a clean cut. Please do yourself a favor, don't buy this pruner.
