This mower and socialism have alot in common. They both are inefficient and require that for it to work at all, everything around it must be altered. Example: I had some inclines on my yard that it simply would not mow, so I used Round Up (a great product!) to kill the grass and put in perrenial gardens. I have reduced the size of my yard to accomodate the "commie" mower as I like to call it. I am fairly particular about my yard, and the thing refuses to cut weeds. I end up using more chemicals on my yard, trying to rid it of the crab grass, etc. that it will not cut. I am getting closer to the weed free lawn that this mower needs to properly function, but my neighbors (lefties, all of 'em) do not do anything about their dandelions, so I will always have dandelions that reseed from the people around me who don't do any weed control. When the leaves come down, I have to rake every time before I mow. That said, I do not hate the mower, and only wish for a gas mower in the fall when I could use it to get some of the leaves off the lawn. I have used it four summers. I will keep it and use it, it does work, but be prepared to mow up and down the same path up to 4 times to get the job done right.

Cuts well, etc.; but was missing some Nyloc nuts from the hardware baggie so my dad went to the store to get more. After assembly it was fine. But who needs that added hassle?

This human exercise machine is fascinatingly being used more and more in the suburbs where people do not have the patience to walk as much as their gerbil counterparts. A simple implement, merely attach a person to the machine and let him walk around corners and streets. Comes with a light to place upon the head for night use, and includes two replaceable tires and a "how to avoid being mugged" manual for certain parts of Detroit.

Turn back the clock with this laborious dinosoar. You can waste your own energy rather than burning precious natural resources with a power mower. Why spend Saturdays enjoying family, friends and hobbies when you could be worshipping mother earth with this eco-friendly time-waster. True tree-huggers can even use manual grass shears, not a weed-wacker, to do all parts of the lawn this thing can't do. Al Gore recommends these for the peasants masses. He can then buy your carbon credits to run his John Deere's on his lawns

First of all, I had to spend hours tio put the lawn mower together! Then, when you try to use it, the screws come apart and the mower falls apart. I had to take it apart to return it to TARGET who then refused to take it back bec it was beyond their 90 day cut off, even though I had the receipt! Then I hjad to take it basck home. I called and complained to the Target Manager! He told me to call Scotts directly. They are never there. But today I got through. They refuse to even handle the complaint bec it is manufactured by John Deere and they told me to call them! Can you believe it??? Now I'm calling the TV Consumer Reporter. I am also going to sue them for my time. I charge $350.00 an hour as an attorney. We'll see if any of these people understand the meaning of customer service... Do yourself a favor and don't patronize Target or Scotts!
