All that they needed to do was secure the plastic handle with a longer bolt, so that this wouldn't (couldn't) happen. Anyway, it went back, the snow is now melted, and I'll buy another snow shovel locally when they go on sale here at the end of winter. We have had 4+ feet of snow since November. This shovel is average, at best…this year in the NE we’ve been pounded by snow…I have two different model Arctic Blasts…both are falling apart…screws loosening, etc…

I’d love to get a shovel, regardless of the price, that would last more than one or two big snows…
