		<description>Absolutely fine, most herbs are really hardy, so SoCal is great for these.  Sowing from seed probably better indoors, where you can keep an eye on them, but if already potted just plant and they&#039;ll be good.</description>

		<description>Yes. I live in the SF valley, and typically herbs can grow year round in our area. Just make sure that your plants get enough sun, like 4-6 hours a day, or else they will grow slow and get leggy. </description>
